CAC reader & touchscreen compatible USB KVM switch

Network Technologies Inc announced the addition of the CAC Reader and Touch Screen compatible UNIMUX™ USB KVM Switch to its popular line of KVM switches. The USB KVM Switch allows a user to control up to 32 USB computers with one USB keyboard, USB mouse and VGA monitor. Dedicated internal microprocessors emulate keyboard and mouse presence to each attached CPU 100% of the time so all computers boot error-free.

The Switch is available with an optional USB connector for connecting a USB Touch Screen Monitor, CAC card reader, or other USB device; and/or an optional extender port for connecting a remote user 300 feet away via CAT5. It supports crisp and clear 2048×1536 video resolution.

The Switch features NTI’s patented true autoboot USB switching that allows all attached USB PC, MAC and SUN computers to boot simultaneously. SUN extra keys are emulated on USB keyboards with Windows keyboard layouts. The switches are available in 4-, 8-, 16- and 32-port models. The 4-, 8- and 16-port switches are 1RU in height while the 32-port switch is 2RU in height.

Keyboard
