The Surge Control line of heavy duty local panel suppressors are designed to protect equipment in areas exposed to the most severe lightning or power inductive field generated transients. EMI/RFI filtering and suppression is both common and normal mode to provide the most effective suppression. Lightning rated internal fuses provide protection for each phase circuit. The Surge Control line of medium duty local panel suppressors are designed to protect equipment in areas exposed to the most severe lightning or power inductive field generated transients. EMI/RFI filtering and suppression is both common and normal mode to provide the most effective suppression. Lightning rated internal fuses provide protection for each phase circuit. The Surge Control line of general purpose local panel suppressors are economical, light duty industrial suppressors. Commonly used for industrial measurement and control equipment, remote control stations, in single/multi phase applications.

Effective protection for air conditioning (HVAC), remote site controls and other industrial environments. Other power and multiple phase models are available as well as DC versions. The PIP-120P is designed to be hard wired into 120 VAC power line service to sensitive electronic equipment. Typical applications include measurement and control, instrumentation, communication equipment, CATV distribution systems, telecom equipment, computer systems, etc. The SPP-120W and SPP-120H are designed to protect all types of electronic equipment for the home, office, and industrial environments which require standard 120 VAC – 15 Amp – 50/60 Hz service. The SPW-120H provides additional protection for high abuse environments which require an isolated ground. Both products offer minimal installation and maximum protection. The same protection is provided with these models as with premier external plug-in models. The SPL-120 and SPL-T120 are normal duty suppressors designed to protect all types of electronic equipment for the home, office, and industrial environments which require standard 120 VAC – 15 Amp – 50/60 Hz service. The SPL-T120 provides additional protection for telephone lines such as fax, modem, telco, computers, and communication equipment. Both products offer minimal installation and maximum protection. Both Tip and Ring (T&R) are protected.
The Surge Control line of control room equipment protectors are designed to protect measurement and process control equipment, 4-20mA loop instrumentation, data processing instrumentation and telecommunications equipment. Multi-stage designs require no secondary filtering. Specific I/O module protectors are ideal for high concentration of data or power lines, as well as bringing equipment into compliance with ANSI/IEEE C37.90.1-1989.
